  4. \nThe dlr file attached contains a request for a copy of one of your keys.
  5. \n
  6. \nIf you are using Outlook and the DESlock+ plugin, you can automatically process
  7. \nthe request by opening the DESlock+ menu on the message and clicking on the
  8. \nProcess Key Request menu item.
  9. \n
  10. \nThis will automatically guide you through the transfer process and send a reply email
  11. \nback to the sender of this message.
  12. \n
  13. \nIf you are not using Lotus Notes or Outlook and/or the DESlock+ plugin,
  14. \nyou need to save the Request .dlu file to disk and run the Key Transfer Wizard by hand.
  15. \nWhen prompted for a file, use the one just saved.
  16. \n

  18. \nYou may pick any key you like, remembering that should you delete it, the recipient
  19. \nmight be unable to decrypt messages that you send and vice versa.
  20. \n
  21. \nYou can either use an existing key or generate a new one just for this person.

  25. 2    Attached to this message should be a DESlock+ Key Transfer File, having a dlu
  26. \nfile extension.

  31. \nIf you are using Outlook or Notes and have the DESlock+ plugin installed,
  32. \nsimply open the DESlock+ menu and click on Process Key Update.
  33. \nThis will launch the Transfer Wizard and allow you to complete the process.

  36. \nNot using Outlook/Notes and the DESlock+ plugin?

  38. \nSave the file to disk and manually run the Transfer Wizard.
